Fiscal Flavors was founded by Denise Williams, a chef-turned-CPA with twenty years of accounting experience and a deep love for the hospitality world. After years in the kitchen, Denise realized operators weren’t failing because of passion or talent. They were drowning in unclear books, confusing reporting, and advisors who didn’t “get” how restaurants really work.

So she built the kind of firm she wished existed back then: one that blends financial expertise with real-world industry experience, meets owners where they are, and clears a path through the noise.
