With a rare blend of culinary experience and accounting mastery, she’s known for being the calm in the financial storm, the person operators call when they need clarity, strategy, or a straight-up reality check delivered with care.

Holding a master’s in Management & Leadership, a bachelor’s in Accounting, and baking/pastry education from The Art Institute of Seattle, she founded Fiscal Flavors Consulting to bring clarity, strategy, and profitability to the hospitality industry.
